Where can I purchase tickets for the 2024 WCQ: National Championship?

Can I enter the venue on Friday?

The venue is closed on Friday. This also applies to the vendors. 

Do I need an invitation to take part in the 2024 WCQ: National Championship?

No invite is required to participate in the 2024 WCQ: National Championship. 

How do I get my ticket?

After your purchase, you will automatically receive an invoice as a PDF attachment by e-mail. This invoice = your ticket for the event! 

How do I submit my decklist?

Decklists only via Neuron:

Opens: 2-3 days before the event
Closes: Saturday, 15 minutes before the start of the tournament

Decklists will only be accepted via NEURON.
When registering, please make sure that the KCGN ID matches the one entered in Neuron!

Decklists will only be accepted via the official KONAMI app Yu-Gi-Oh! NEURON!

You can download the NEURON APP and link the player ID to the app.

This is also a prerequisite for participation. We do not accept registrations on-site!

Registration can only be done online.

Please make sure that the ID you use to register online is the same as in your NEURON app.

Please bring your invoice for the event, preferably in digital form, as this will also serve as your admission ticket.

Due to some adjustments in the course of the event and the digitalization of the event, we recommend that you bring a fully charged power bank. However, this is only a recommendation.

I´m unable to link my KCGN ID with the NEURON App. What can I do?

What public events are offered?

In any case, you can look forward to great Public Events. Here is a little insight: Time Wizard (Edison Format, March 2010), Rescue the Rabbit!, Team Battle 3x3, Sunday Mega Challenge and Attack of the Giant Card TCG

When can I purchase tickets for the scheduled Public Events?

Tickets for the scheduled public events will be made available online at a later date. The on-demand events will be sold on site.

Can I cancel my ticket?

No! The ticket is not transferable or cancellable. There is no right of withdrawal.

I'm unable to attend the event. Can someone else pick up my tournament package?

This is not possible. You have to pick up your tournament package in person.

I have entered my KCGN ID incorrectly, how can I change it?

Please contact: ygo-player@jokmok.de. Our colleagues can change your KCGN ID manually. 

Shortly before the event there will also be a Google form where you can change your KCGN ID. 

Is there a lunch break on day 1 or day 2?

No, there will not be a scheduled lunch break. You are welcome to eat at the catering outlets between rounds. 

Can I purchase food & drinks on site?

Yes, food and drink will be sold in all locations.

Can I bring a water bottle?

Please note that a maximum of one 0.5 liter bottle per player may be brought along. 

Glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are not allowed!

The 2024 WCQ: National Championship is my first big event. What is the best way to prepare for the event?

Welcome to your first larger event! 

1. Be on time at the location! Save the PDF document, which is your ticket, on your cell phone. 

2. We advice you to bring enough food or snacks to get through the tournament day. You are also welcome to use the catering service in the hall. 

3. Due the digitalization of the event, we recommend bringing a fully charged cell phone & a power bank to the event. 

4. Pay attention to the announcements in the venue! These will be announced in the local language or in English.

5. If you are still playing public events after the main event, remember to bring cash or a debit/credit card.

6. Please note that the sale of single cards, boosters etc. among the participants is prohibited! 

7. After going through the security check and as soon as you enter the venue, you can use your PDF ticket to pick up your participation package from the staff on site

8. We wish you lots of fun! 

Will there be a bag check?

Yes, there will be bag checks. Weapons, sharp or other dangerous objects are not allowed.

Can I buy individual cards or Yu-Gi-Oh! products on site?

Yes, there will be vendors for single cards and sealed products on site.
